Supply

Hunting and The Outdoors reserves the right to refuse or reduce supply to any individual, company or destination for any reason, including but not restricted to, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or description, failure in payment, or where fulfilment of the order may expose the company to unnecessary risk.

Availability

All items shown are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

Prices

All prices are correct at the time of issue and are subject to change without notice.

Orders placed within Australia may be subject to the Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%. All prices are GST inclusive where applicable.

Payment

All purchases must be paid for in full prior to shipment of goods. At their discretion Hunting and The Outdoors may contact customers to request identification documentation and confirmation of credit card billing address. This is done as a security precaution against fraudulent transactions. Hunting and The Outdoors adheres to a strict security policy and any information provided by customers for the purposes of identification will only be used by Hunting and The Outdoors and will not be sold or forwarded to any third party.

Please view our delivery page for more information regarding delivery. Please note that delays due to postal and courier services are outside of our control.

Ordering

Orders can only be placed by people legally able to enter into a contract.

Consumer Guarantee – Repair, replacement or refund

Under the Australian Consumer Law, when you buy products and services they come with automatic guarantees that they will work and do what you asked for. If you buy something that isn’t right, you have consumer rights.

If a product or service you buy fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you have the right to ask for a repair, replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law. The remedy you’re entitled to will depend on whether the issue is major or minor.

Consumer guarantees do not apply if you:

got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it
misused a product in any way that caused the problem
knew of or were made aware of the faults before you bought the product
asked for a service to be done in a certain way against the advice of the business or were unclear about what you wanted

Return / Change of Mind

We are sorry that you need to return an item or items that you purchased from us and we want to make it as easy as possible . We offer a 30-day returns on item that you order through our website, provided that the item is sent back in its original condition and in its original packaging, with all tags attached. Hunting and The Outdoors will offer a store credit or exchange to the amount of the item(s) at the time of said purchase. The original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you desire something in exchange for your item, take a look around at our site and place a new order. Please go to My Accounts and choose the order that you would like to return.

We do not offer returns for Change of Mind on the following items. These Special Exceptions do not apply to any returns made in accordance with Consumer Guarantees (see below), or otherwise as required by law.
